One structured intake about your role. We review every blueprint by hand before delivery.

What happens to your answers. When you submit, your intake answers are sent to our intake relay (a Cloudflare Worker) and briefly rest in encrypted Cloudflare storage until the Northfold operator team pulls them into the local review queue. Each submission is deleted from the relay after ingestion, and expires automatically from relay storage if it is never pulled. Your answers are then stored in a local order folder on the operator team's machine for review and delivery.

Do not paste secrets. We never need your passwords, API keys, customer records, payroll data, or system credentials. Do not paste secrets or regulated personal data into this form. This form does not upload files — uploads are declared as metadata only (filename, kind, description) and we will reach out separately if we need an actual file.
